Payment information: When you are making any purchase form Vertical Progress, we collect your payment details, credit card or debit card numbers and other required information to collect the payment for the purchases made. 
Your Reviews: We collect your ratings and reviews about the courses of Vertical Progress posted in Vertical Progress platforms as well in any other platforms. 
Learning Progress Data: We collect the data about your learning when you enroll and learn such as course details, your answers and submissions, learning progress, support given by the Instructor, and all other shared information during the learning.
Instructor Data: We collect course content, assignments, questionnaires, quizzes, of the courses submitted for sale in Vertical Progress platforms. We collect instructor’s photo identity proof, address proof, income tax proofs, bank account proofs and any other proofs required from time to time.
Surveys: We conduct surveys and contests by us or through any third party. If you participate, we will collect and store the data you provided in the promotions and surveys. 
Communication: We collect and store all communications made between you and us including the source of communication.
 
Automated Data Collection:
We collect your data by automated processes. We collect your system technical data like IP address, device type, Operating system and version, browser, language, domain and any other system data and platform types. We collect data about your usage and interactions with the services of Vertical Progress. 
 
Tracking: 
As on date, Vertical Progress is not having programs, tools and technology to recognize a ‘do not track’ signals from your web browser.
 
Cookies and Data Collection Tools:
Vertical Progress and our third-party partners use server log files and automated data collection tools like cookies, tags, scripts, customized links, device or browser fingerprints, and web beacons, when you access and use the services of Vertical Progress. Vertical Progress uses your data for better management of platforms and to provide you good experience. We share your data to our staff, instructors and our affiliates. We may share your data to the social media providers and other organizations supporting us in promotions. We may also share your data to the authorities for legal compliance.

You have the rights to opt out to our promotional emails, cookies and data collecting tools. 
 
Jurisdiction:
Any dispute arising between you and Vertical Progress will be dealt with competent courts of Chennai, India as per the laws of India.
 
Legal Actions:
No action, regardless of form, arising out of or relating to this Agreement may be brought by either party more than One Year (1) after the cause of action has accrued, except where this limitation cannot be imposed by law. 
Any notice or other communication to be given hereunder will be in writing and given by registered or certified mail return receipt requested or email to success@verticalprogress.in that is associated with the user’s account. 
 
Relationship between Vertical Progress and Users:
There is no joint venture, employment, contractor, partnership or agency relationship between the User and Vertical Progress.
 
Assignment:
The user shall not assign or transfer these Terms of Use or the rights and licenses granted under this Terms of Use.
 
Dispute Resolution:
Vertical Progress is willing to help resolve any dispute between Vertical Progress and the User.  If the user is not happy with the solutions provided, the User may get redressal through arbitration arranged by Vertical Progress.
