This is an integrated fitness course for those wishing to workout from home.

This includes a mix of some fun Cardiovascular, body strength and Yoga- based stretching and breathing exercises.

These Safe and Effective  workouts are created keeping in mind the needs of beginners along with those who need guidance to workout from home. This course may not contribute much to fitness experts and those who are already actively into bodybuilding.

This course is suitable for working women, home-makers, middle aged men having less time for fittness, people working in stressful jobs and even for teenagers.

This course is awesome. It is very effective and simple. Just around 100 minutes a day. Will be very useful for people who don't have time to go to gym and grounds.

For someone like me who thinks exercise as a Task .. this program changed my viewpoint ..it's fun engaging and it simply makes you to keep going on ..soecially loved how her Son joined in and that's what I did too ..so now it's not just a healthy regime for me but a time to bond with my son . thank you for helping me step into the world of fitness .
