This course is awesome. It is very effective and simple. Just around 100 minutes a day. Will be very useful for people who don't have time to go to gym and grounds.
Started the exercise. The videos are fun and easy to follow. Yoga instructions was very helpful for a beginner like me . since I ve started implementing the regime I can see visible outcomes .
